Alexis Perez-Fargallo is Professor at the Department of Construction Sciences. His main lines of research are rehabilitation, environmental comfort, energy efficiency and the study of costs. He participated as an academic at the Higher School of Building Engineering of Seville teaching as a teacher of construction materials, from 2010 to 2014. He is the author of various research works in the area of ​​rehabilitation and energy efficiency of buildings, specializing in the cost line of improvements to existing buildings and energy poverty. He has carried out advisory, management, design, production and construction of architectural and exhibition projects. He has given lectures on rehabilitation in Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Spain
